I'm Kala! a women's online coach.I started my weightloss journey 2years ago at the time i was obese & unhealthy. in year 2022 i started my journey but wasnt consistent with it. so in year 2023 i started the journey again and stayed consistent and disciplened about my weightloss goal. I finally completed my journey in 2024 down (-100lbs) natural and healthy. Ever since then i understood the importance of weightloss and being able to wake up & live healthy & happy. so i took the time out one day & created a fitness empowerment as well with 2 book programs to help other women in this world thats obese & overweight & not healthy & who is stuck & wants to lose weight & dont know or where to start. my first book is the 21day weightloss guidebook & my 2nd book is the 21day transformation mealplan book. Iknow weightloss is not easy & sometimes hard so i came up with a shortcut plan & formulas to help others have a successful longterm weightloss journey like myself. If you are looking to shed stubborn body fat, or a few pounds & to get stronger and build confidence this is the program for you. I'm a huge advocate of sustainable weight loss, it's not a race it's a MF marathon.
